AGM arrangements before the meeting
Advance notice of the meeting with an invitation to attend and to make nominations for Trustee and Rowing Committee places was sent out to members eligible to vote by email, WhatsApp and as uploaded to this page, all on 3 June 2026. The nomination form and proxy voting application form referred to in the Advance notice are downloadable above.
The formal notice of the AGM will be emailed out to members eligible to vote at least 14 clear days before the meeting, as required by the Constitution. The agenda will be sent out with the formal notice in late June, with links to other docments here.
