We have a flexible function space (separable from our members bar) available for hire for social functions of all sorts. More details can be found below.
When available: The function room is available to book for both members and non-members and is available to hire predominantly Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 1pm - 5pm or 7pm - 11pm. Different times, days and set-up times can be considered based on availability of the space.
Cost of hire: £120 for 4hours (£30 per additional hour).
Set-up time: 1hr before the event (no charge) Capacity: 100 people (half room also available)
Kitchen use: Unavailable
Catering: our recommended caterer is Sonny River (Nicola - 07928 859392) or you are welcome to provide you own catering.
Equipment: Tables & chairs provided. Varying sizes of tables available to suit your event and layout. Pool table in situ, can be covered on request to be used as a present/buffet/cake table. Speakers available to use - AUX cable input.
Child Policy: Supervised within the function room no curfew, 9pm curfew main bar
Exclusions: No bouncy castles, teenage parties (11-19), plastic table confetti, overnight parking or exclusive use hire of the bar. We do not provide table cloths, chair covers or room decoration. Decorations must be put up with blue-tac or similar to minimise damage to walls etc.
