Thanks to The Rowing Foundation for grant
The Junior Squad at Tyne took delivery in early 2022 of a new set of Concept 2 sweep oars following on from their own fundraising efforts and a grant of £1500 from The Rowing Foundation. The oars were first used in anger at Rutherford Head in February and have provided a valuable and much needed resource since for the Squad.

The new blades we have been able to purchase, thanks to your support, will help our squad improve as athletes and for that we are truly grateful! The Committee, Trustees and Members of Tyne ARC also thank The Rowing Foundation for their support.
