AGM arrangements before the meeting
An invitation to attend and to make nominations for Trustee and Rowing Committee places was put on this site and emailed out to members eligible to vote as at 23 May 2025 along with other documents - all as downloadable below.
The formal notice of the AGM was emailed out to members eligible to vote on 7 July 2025, giving at least 14 clear days before the date of the meeting, as required by the constitution. The agenda was sent with the notice - again downloadable below.
