Notice of EGM on 25 February 2026
As sent out 22 January 2026
Dear Members,
An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at the club on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 8.00pm to present to the membership the Annual Statement of Accounts for the year to 31 August 2025 together with the Trustees Annual Report.
Papers, to include the agenda, accounts and documentation will be made available online and emailed to all members 14 days prior to the EGM.
The bar will be open, but there will be no food available.
