Competition cancelled due to high winds forecast
Entries opened on Saturday 2 March and closed on Saturday 16 March. The start order was published before the cancellation on 21 March, but not needed, sadly.

The Organising Committee met the Thursday before the event and discussed the high winds forecast. The decision was made, very reluctantly, to cancel the competition. Clubs were contacted about refunds, which were implemented through BROE.
The conditions on the day proved to be very clearly unrowable (see photo below), so in retrospect it was the right decision!
